CARDS ISSUANCE SYSTEMS

Infotec Systems offers a wide variety of Card Personalization Systems. Full color and/or monochrome, low to mid volume heavy duty thermal printers with optional magnetic strip, smart chip and RFID encoding and the mid-volume low cost, low foot-print embossing, indenting, tipping magnetic strip, RFID and smart chip EMV personalization systems are your perfect choice for bank's in-branch instant issuance solutions. Infotec Systems also offers high-volume, high-speed card personalization systems solutions with individual Card Personalization Elements (CPEs) to provide flexibility, customization and ability for expansion to your unit, including embossing, indenting, tipping, encoding label applications, mailing system, smart chip EMV (both contact and contactless), color or mono printing and laser engraving.

Lebanon:

Fransabank SAL: The Fransabank personalization center has been equipped with the NBS Horizon System since September 2004. The system has been upgraded with 12-station smart contact CPE in January 2005 coupled with the UBiQ PersoMaster full EMV personalization solution which includes the Data Preparation, Key Management and Smart Card Issue along with the necessary Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). With a production capacity of around 1,400 cards per hour and a well trained team, Fransabank was the first bank in the MENA region to successfully launch the MasterCard PayPass Combi Cards (Smart Contact and Contactless Payment Cards) all on the NBS Horizon Solution.

Bank MED SAL: In view of their expansion strategy, Bank MED sal and based on the growing reputation of Infotec Systems in providing EMV standard financial card personalization solutions, Bank MED have chosen Infotec Systems to provide the Matica ZT10 Personalization System with 5 multi-station chip personalization module in September 2008. To complete the solution it has been coupled with TechTrex CardPro EMV personalization software with VSDC application on Java cards.

Syria:

Commercial Bank of Syria: The Commercial Bank of Syria is the only certified bank in Syria to issue Visa cards. The personalization center has been equipped in March 2007 with one Matica ZT10 Mid Volume Personalization System in-line with the Matica MS20 Mailing System and PFE's Maximailer for Folding and Inserting as well as one stand-alone Matica ZT10 Mid Volume Personalization System. The systems were installed by Infotec Systems' team along with the team of our subsidiary in Syria Digital Systems. The team members were all trained at Matica System in Italy and PFE in the UK and were able to install the system and go live in a record time of 48 hours. Now the CBoS is able to issue around 1,400 cards per hour including personalization and fulfillment. It is worth mentioning that the Matica ZT10s are already equipped with smart card contact stations and ready for EMV migration whenever the bank decides.
Real Estate Bank: The Real Estate Bank in Syria is the first bank in Syria to issue Local Debit cards private labeled Syria Card. In September 2008 The personalization center has been equipped with the first of its kind Digicard Galaxy in-line with MS20 Mailer with Maximailer Folder/Inserter. This system has a production speed of over 1,500cph offline and 1,200cph inline and it is equipped with ten multichip personalization stations as well as the TechTrex CardPro EMV Chip Personalization Software. The systems was installed by Infotec Systems' team along with the team of our subsidiary in Syria Digital Systems. The team members were all trained at Matica System in Italy and PFE in the UK and were able to install the system and go live in less than a week.

Nigeria:

Zenith Bank: After having procured directly two Matica ZT10 Card Personalization Systems from Matica System in Italy and in view of the Exclsuive Distributorship Agreement between Infotec Systems Group and Matica System covering the Nigeria, Zenith Bank awarded Cardtec Systems Ltd. (Subsidiary of Infotec Systems (Offshore) s.a.l.) in September 2008 a Contract for the delivery, installation and training of one Matica MS10 Mailer with Maximailer Folder/Envelop Inserter as well as a general Service Level Agreement for all Matica systems available. The Contract was delivered successfully.
3 Line Card Management Ltd.: After having procured directly two Matica Z30 Card Personalization Systems from Matica System in Italy and in view of the Exclusive Distributorship Agreement between Cardtec Systems Ltd. and Matica System covering Nigeria, Matica System Italy forwarded to Cardtec Systems Ltd. (Subsidiary of Infotec Systems (Offshore) s.a.l.) in October 2008 a one-year Service Level Agreement covering installation, training and onsite maintenance services of the two Matica Z30s. The installation and training have been successfully delivered and regular service is being undertaken on a regular basis.
Berkeley Tech Management Ltd.: After having procured directly one Matica Z30 Card Personalization Systems from Matica System in Italy and in view of the Exclusive Distributorship Agreement between Cardtec Systems Ltd. and Matica System covering Nigeria, Cardtec Systems Ltd. was able in October 2008 to deliver and install one new Matica Z20 Card Personalization System for Berkeley.
Electronic PayPlus Ltd.: In line with their expansion plans to start providing personalization services for Chip & Pin cards, Electronic PayPlus awarded in January 2009 Cardtec Systems Ltd. the order to deliver, install, train and maintain one Matica Z20T Card Personalization System in-line with MS-10 Card Mailing and Folding System. The order was successfully delivered and installed and training was conducted in March 2009.
