After having procured directly two Matica Z30 Card Personalization Systems from Matica System in Italy and in view of the Exclusive Distributorship Agreement between Cardtec Systems Ltd. and Matica System covering Nigeria, Matica System Italy forwarded to Cardtec Systems Ltd. (Subsidiary of Infotec Systems (Offshore) s.a.l.) in October 2008 a one-year Service Level Agreement covering installation, training and onsite maintenance services of the two Matica Z30s. The installation and training have been successfully delivered and regular service is being undertaken on a regular basis.
