Carrier cooling system Management with the possibility to attach up to 6 cards per carrier (up to 4 if the carrier needs to be folded). The position of each individual card on the carrier can be controlled.
Card reject tray: non–readable cards are placed in a reject tray without interrupting the production process.
Carrier reject box: in case of barcode mismatch, the carrier is automatically placed in the reject box, and normal production is continued.
Folders:
Maximailer: connected directly to MS10-MS20, it folds and inserts the carrier (Z, C or V shaped) into
the envelope with the card(s) affixed including various sized attachments when required.
The Maximailer can also be configured with other feeder modules to insert attachments (from a single
A4 sheet to 4 mm thick booklets or leaflets). |
